Workshop Tittled Political Dialogue as a Leadership Skill.

As part of our efforts to promote the values of democratic dialogue, and to instill concepts of conscious and responsible leadership among youth while developing their skills and leadership abilities, the National Institution for Human Rights in Libya, in cooperation with the Nahnu Foundation, organized an interactive training session on the morning of Monday, September 8, entitled:
“Political Dialogue as a Leadership Skill.”

The session aimed to enable participants to acquire political dialogue skills as an effective tool in leadership and community work, and to enhance their capacity to build understanding and communication across various political and social contexts.

The session also featured rich discussions on the importance of dialogue as a means of conflict resolution and trust-building, as well as its role in strengthening political participation and decision-making.

✅ The activity concluded with an interactive program among participants, which added enthusiasm and a spirit of cooperation, further reinforcing the practical and applied nature of the session.
